Kullanım Koşulları
Vaulty’yi indirerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama Hasan Akçay tarafından sunulur.
Uygulamanın amacı
Vaulty, bütçe, harcama, gelir ve birikim hedeflerini düzenlemeye yardımcı olan bir kişisel finans aracıdır. Uygulama finansal, yatırım, vergi veya hukuk danışmanlığı sunmaz. Uygulamadaki hesaplama ve kayıtlara dayanarak alınan kararların sorumluluğu kullanıcıya aittir.
Vaulty Pro abonelikleri
Vaulty Pro, aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik seçenekleriyle sunulur. Fiyat ve süre satın alma onayından önce App Store tarafından gösterilir. Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem sonundan önce Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilebilir.
Aboneliğinizi Apple hesabınızın Abonelikler bölümünden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Satın alınan haklar aynı Apple hesabıyla uygulamadaki “Satın alımları geri yükle” seçeneği kullanılarak geri yüklenebilir. Plan değişikliklerinin zamanı ve ücretlendirmesi Apple tarafından yönetilir.
Verileriniz ve yedekler
Finansal kayıtlar cihazınızda tutulur. Cihaz kaybı, uygulamanın silinmesi veya cihaz arızası nedeniyle oluşabilecek veri kaybına karşı dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanmak ve yedekleri güvenli biçimde saklamak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı hukuka aykırı amaçlarla kullanamaz; uygulamanın güvenliğini, mağaza satın alma sistemini veya erişim kontrollerini aşmaya çalışamazsınız. Uygulama ve görsel kimliği üzerindeki fikri mülkiyet hakları saklıdır.
Sorumluluğun sınırı ve değişiklikler
Uygulama yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışma garanti edilmez. Özellikler ve bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; güncel koşullar bu sayfada yayımlanır.

Purpose of the app
Vaulty is a personal finance tool that helps organize budgets, expenses, income, and savings goals. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for decisions made using calculations or records in the app.
Vaulty Pro subscriptions
Vaulty Pro is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. The price and duration are displayed by the App Store before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple account when the purchase is confirmed. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal before the end of the period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription in the Subscriptions section of your Apple account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Purchased access can be recovered with “Restore Purchases” in the app while using the same Apple account. Apple manages the timing and billing of plan changes.
Your data and backups
Financial records are stored on your device. You are responsible for using the export feature and storing backups securely to protect against data loss caused by device loss, app removal, or device failure.
Acceptable use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to bypass its security, store purchase system, or access controls. Intellectual property rights in the app and its visual identity are reserved.
Limitation of liability and changes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is.” Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features and these terms may be updated; the current terms will be published on this page.
